CJ Property Expands Block Management Portfolio with Retirement Development

It’s been a busy start to 2021 at CJ Property. As part of the continued expansion of our Block Management Service, we’ve been appointed to look after Shardeloes Court – an over 60s retirement development in Cottingham.

As part of the new service, we’ll be managing the whole scheme on behalf of the landlord and leaseholders – providing a complete, end-to-end block management service to look after the building and maintain the communal areas for the benefit of everyone.

The appointment follows on from the success of our existing block management services at Ella Court in Kirk Ella, and Stonebow House, a flagship residential development in York.

About Shardeloes Court

Shardeloes Court is a dedicated retirement housing development in Cottingham. Built in 2001, it includes 31 flats, including a range of both 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom properties.

Designed for the over 60s, the independent living complex includes a range of communal facilities, including a shared lounge, laundry, lifts and kitchen, as well as a lovely shared garden space.

Residents benefit from the support of a management team and a dedicated careline alarm service designed to support safe, independent living.

End to End Block Management

Our dedicated team of experienced property managers is providing a full block management service – looking after every aspect of the development.

As part of the service, we have an Estate Manager on site every weekday morning from 9am to 12pm, to provide responsive support and ensure that the buildings, communal areas and garden are always at their best.
