I have called this estate agents twice with regards to renting a property. On both occasions I was told they would call back and on both occasions I had to call them back. On both occasions I have spoken to the same female member of staff and she couldn’t of been more rude and unhelpful if she tried. I would not recommend this estate agency.

The director Ben is a scam. Tries to keep your deposit for things I apparently broke, went back to the house 3 days after I handed the keys in and tried to accuse me of further damage to keep more deposit from me. I have argued and stood my ground on this and thankfully DPS have ruled in my favour. Be aware of this man if he does the hand over on leaving day. He's a massive crook and not an honest agent. Moral of the story, stand up for yourself, don't let them try and bully you, and do things the correct way. Thank you DPS for sending me the additional money to me...

Use with caution. Take pictures of everything in the house, if you don't they will scam you...

Have to have been the worst property agent going in hull !
After applying for a property, I have had to ring week after week to find out what happening with the application, and was getting no answers! I have lost all faith in this company, and have now withdrawn my application. It's just such a shame how rude the staff was, to put the phone down on me when I said I was withdrawing.
