I have called this estate agents twice with regards to renting a property. On both occasions I was told they would call back and on both occasions I had to call them back. On both occasions I have spoken to the same female member of staff and she couldn’t of been more rude and unhelpful if she tried. I would not recommend this estate agency.

The director Ben is a scam. Tries to keep your deposit for things I apparently broke, went back to the house 3 days after I handed the keys in and tried to accuse me of further damage to keep more deposit from me. I have argued and stood my ground on this and thankfully DPS have ruled in my favour. Be aware of this man if he does the hand over on leaving day. He's a massive crook and not an honest agent. Moral of the story, stand up for yourself, don't let them try and bully you, and do things the correct way. Thank you DPS for sending me the additional money to me...

Use with caution. Take pictures of everything in the house, if you don't they will scam you...

This company are thieves!!!, held on to my holding deposit claiming I have bad check. This does not require my deposit not to be paid back as service was not rendered. My £150 pound still with this company without service rendered. This is pure daylight robbery.!!!

Really bad customer service my partner called on Monday/Tuesday with a repair request, he was told someone would come round, he waited in all day, it is now Friday heard nothing and no-one has turned up, all they are interested in is getting your money and not looking after the property and keeping it in a habitable state, if we were to move out all the repairs would be done, we pay out rent every month and deserve to be looked after, they up the rent annually and that’s about it
